More than 7 days before the day of the activity – No cancellation charges
Between 4 – 7 days before the day of the activity – 30% cancellation charge
Less than or equal to 3 days before the day of the activity – 100% cancellation charge
30 days before without penalty
Between 15 – 30 days before the day of the activity – 30% cancellation charge
Less than or equal to 15 days before the day of the activity – 100% cancellation charge
More than 15 days before the day of the activity – There are no cancellation charges
Between 7 – 15 days before the day of the activity – 30% cancellation charge
Less than or equal to 7 days before the day of the activity – 100% cancellation charge
All returns and cancellations are returned in 3 - 5 business days from the time of the request.
All cancellations and refunds will be processed from the 20th of the expired month, 30 days after the cancellation or refund of the excursion
For reasons of the pandemic we can be promptly delayed with refunds (*) and cancellations up to 90 days maximum, we ask for patience.
